Is there anything in an interview that you had trouble answering? I have an interview with a major advertising firm and want to be prepared for anything. Let me know your experiences please.

Questions I ask during interview that stump people:

What do you feel is the worst quality about yourself?

How do you feel your last supervisor could improve?

What position would you want with this company if I find someone more qualified for the position you've applied?

The questions for which I receive the worst answers:

Why did you choose this company to apply to?

What qualities about this company impress you?

how did it get resolved and what did you do.

"If I called your previous employer, what would be 2 things they would say you should work on?" That one made me think hard.

Good Luck!
