My friend only experienced nausea for a few weeks as well and her baby was happy and healthy. Pregnancies are different for each woman, so just take it easy, and try to relax, it will be healthier for the baby. The nausea may return, or you may be done with it. Just thank your lucky stars you didnt have it for 4 months like me.

Every pregnancy is different, with my first child I could not stop being sick, all the way until my 7 month, my second child I was sick for 1 month, my third I was sick for almost 1 month, my fourth never sick, my fifth I was not sick but had terrible cramps about the 6th week, I went for ultrasound was told I was miscarrying, to go home and just do My normal daily activities as the ultrasound showed twins If one twin goes the other will follow, 3 weeks later I went for another ultrasound, had two sacs showing but only one fetus,, i continued ultrasounds until my sixth month , both sacs grew at the same pace, but only one child remained(my doctor was amazed I was still pregnant). my next ultrasound the one sac seemed to disappate, disappear, my daughter was born a little premature but very healthy, my fifth pregnancy I was never sick, but my breasts hurt like hell,, my sixth pregnancy never sick couldn't have felt better,,my seventh pregnancy never sick also,, my eighth pregnancy a little nausious for 3 weeks but that was it,,
Don't worry, you are healthy and happy, just enjoy your pregnancy!! soon you will not be sleeping!! Good luck with the new baby!! Congratulations!!!

Typicaly your second trimester is the most comfortable. Less nausea, not too big yet, no swelling yet, and you are not as tired. Perhaps this is happening a little sooner for you. Yippee! I had every symptom in the book when I was pregnant.
Feeling good should not make you worry.

Every pregnancy for every woman is different. Just to let you know... I am 21 weeks along and haven't been sick at all, so sickness is not a good indicator of a "healthy" pregnancy. I have also been tired for a couple of weeks and then the next couple I have tons of energy, then again I am really tired for a couple of weeks...
If you are concerned, just call you doctor and let him/her know. They may let you come in just to ease your fears.
Good Luck!!!!

I'd take it. No nausea is good. Sounds like you're rounding the bend to the second trimester. If it's a little early, so what? Enjoy yourself, and congratulations!

It is normal for morning sickness to subside and energy to return as you ease out of the first trimester. I wouldn't worry about it.
