Look at the British nationals first especially those who consider that it is a good idea to be unemployed in another area causing mayhem and becoming a burden on the local council tax payer. They are everywhere and the genuine unemployed have to struggle on the minimum benefit while they are provided with accommodation by the DSS and commit crime to feed their drug addiction.
What do the police say? Boarding house owners would go out of business if these people went back to their place of origin.

I think that you might have overlooked the fact that many of the people of different races, who, you appear to be implying, are the chief culprits, actually do have British citizenship, a consequence of our glorious imperial past. There may be differentiated crime statistics amongst social minorities however crime is far more prevalent among certain socio-economic groups. It is far more likely that crime rates are attached to social exclusion and ghettoisation than a predisposition to criminality among particular racial groups.

The figures would be relatively unchanged, because, as Eliot says, you appear to be working under the false assumption that every non-White citizen is not a British national.
I would suggest that you look at the list of cases before your local Magistrates Court every day (ours are published in the local newspaper) and you will find that 99.99% are local residents.

They do effect the crime rate I have no doubt, but I think it still would be quite high none the less.

You'd probably find it didn't alter much as most criminals are probably young men under 25 years of age who ARE British nationals.
