This is a job for a moving company. You can find then listed in your local Yellow Pages. The cost will be based on weight, not size. Call a couple and get estimates. TAKE PHOTO'S to document any potential damage claim you may need to make.
I would NOT recommend a "common carrier" trucking company. They do not pack / unpack or do "inside deliveries, but the few that do charge extra for this service. Do you really want your nice armoire bouncing around inside a trailer with common freight piled on top of it?

If you have an Arkansas Best Freight office near you, they do small shipments and may be able to help. If necessary, you can get packing and crating suppies from a UPS Store (formerly Mailboxes Etc.). Note you have to pack it up yourself. I've put a web site reference for ABF below:

I have used ABF Freight and Movex to move stuff cross country. You load it on the truck, pay for only the space you use, and they drive it where it needs to go.
