An ugly person is someone who acts wrong morally in every way, how they let down, how they live low lives and try to make others be discomforted, or how negative and how pessimistic people can be.

An physically ugly person to me is a person who is dirty, unkempt, fowl-mouthed, and embellishes himself/herself with tattoos, brandings, and piercings. To complete the ensemble, bazaar or unconventional clothing, shoes and headgear.

honestly to me an ugly person is someone who doesn't have any self confidence and thinks that theya re ugly, its really not a physical thing its more of a mental thing.

Physically - people who are unkept, messy, dirty. Personality - hypocritcs (everyone is hypocritcal at some point, I mean people who do it ALOT), rude, ignorant.
