I’ve been here 4 months. It’s great, I get along with everyone. I used to work on another company doing the same thing, but my boss was such a terrible person. She made everyone feel real uncomfortable. I was fed up, so I looked for another job, so I could get away from that tyrant. I’m so glad I did because I’m happy here.
I get a long so well with everyone, the human resources girl even let me in on a secret. I was chosen among several candidates, 2 of which were ex-coworkers from the same department I worked with my same crazy ex-boss. So out of 7 people who worked for ex-boss, 3 of us got interviewed by my new boss.
I’m happy I was the one, I’m so glad I don’t work with that ***** anymore.
But, if you were my new boss, and practically interviewing half of my old department, what would you think of my old bos?

I would think your old boss was a poor one.
People don't leave companies, they leave managers.

I can relate!! Your old boss obviously had issues, as does mine. I work for a very large global corporation (the kind that everyone is just a number), but a small department with 6 people, of the 6 of us 5 have tried to change departments. The other supervisors (that are decent) love it because they know if someone leaves they are almost guaranteed they will be hiring someone they already know how they work, etc & they don't have to wait for the very long screening process that someone from outside the company has to go through. My opinion would be very low!!! I can soooooooo relate to you my friend...ther job I am currently on...(have been here a VERY long time)--my current boss has been here 5 years...it has been torment!!! They are so rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, etc., and the company...as much as everyone complains....does nothing!!! They pay this member of the opposite sex 25% more than I make (and I have a BS in this field) go figure there.........
