I was at the movies by myself and my boyfriend comes with another girl my best friend and they dont see me and start to make out what should i do?

There's not an awful lot that anyone can say really if you've set your heart on being with this Guy.....There's not a lot you can say to him either as you're prepared to turn a blind eye.
However...there's something I'd like to say to you if that's OK....
You will get in life what you ask of it, if you don't think you're worth respecting then you really cannot expect it from others. What is it that makes you feel you're worth so little? why would you not want to stick up for yourself & tell this guy to take a hike along with your so called "best friend"
I don't think you actually love this guy & I don't think you love yourself either...maybe you're afraid of being alone....whatever it is....you are steering yourself towards a very unhappy future. Behaving in such a way toward yourself is nothing short of self harming but without any visible scars....
Sweetheart, in all the situations you'll face throughout your life, there will be one constant person pulling you through & holding you together, they'll do it without asking anything in return & will do it with unconditional love.....that person is you....you need to let yourself know that whatever anyone else doe's to cause you harm, you will always be able to rely on yourself, you will always be able to trust yourself, you will always listen to yourself & be true to you....this is one of those times....don't go letting yourself down Babe....you owe that much to you surely.
Now is the time you need to say..."not on your life is anyone going to treat me like this"...you need to be telling yourself "I'm worth more than the two of you put together" & kick them both out of your life....then whenever you walk down the road...always walk with your head held high....

1st off why would you still want to be with him?? That is the worst deception (on both parts) he is cheating on you with your best friend? You need a new man and a new BF!! Don't sell yourself short you deserve better than that, tell him you know and dump his A**!!
