I would definitely have to say Tarzan! I saw it on Broadway two months ago and it was incredible! The Lion King (while one of my all-time favorite Disney films) just seems like it wouldn't stand up to my expectations. The movie is based completely on animals so I think I would have a really hard time watching all of these actors prance around the stage trying to look like zebras. As for Mary Poppins, I think it would be hard to capture the magic of the film live. Plus, there's no substitute for Julie Andrews.
Tarzan in my mind was great! Even though as I said above, I have a hard time with actors playing animals, because the actors in this play were playing gorillas and monkeys, it wasn't a problem for me because they truly looked like gorillas...and the acrobatics of those mokeys were fabulous! The voices in this show are outstanding. Josh Strickland (not a sore site in nothing but a loin cloth the entire show!) and Jenn Gambatese both did excellent jobs! The show just captured me from the beginning and kept me hanging til the end! I've always loved the movie and I think they Disney did a really good job in the transition to the stage. While the actors swinging on vines, taking off & putting on their own harnesses was a little sloppy, that hardly take away from the rest of the show. The storyline is just amazing. It's not just a story about an ape-man despite popular belief. Its the story of a man that struggles in a war between two worlds, and a war with himself. He's torn between two lives and it's amazing to watch this story play out on stage.

Probably Lion King, just because I have never been to a Broadway show and I hear that Lion King is awesome.

Mary Poppins!!!!!!!! I've seen the tour of The Lion King and the only reason I'd go to Tarzan is because I've heard it's really cool from a technical standpoint.

Lion King, definitely. Just like the movies, Lion King is the best of all three.

Actually, none of them. The best musicals on Broadway right now are "The Drowsy Chaperone," "Company," and "Grey Gardens."
"Tarzan" has a terrible score and is all about bungee jumping; "Mary Poppins" is remotely entertaining, but the book makes no sense, and "The Lion King" is terribly tired.
If you -have- to see one of them, see "Poppins."

They are all really good, but Lion King is awesome. It is very powerful. Mary Poppins is a little more fun, with less sadness. Hope that helps!

Mary Poppins seems like it would be the best for a play. Tarzan and Lion King seem better for movies.
