I want to get up at 6:45am. What would be the ideal time to go to bed, so I feel fresh and alert in the morning?

I wake up at 6:30 and go to bed about 1.

OTOH I am not fresh and alert in the morning. Just starting to wake up now

Well you are advised to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night, so your best bet would be between10:45-11:45. But each person is different, I need 9-10 hours each night. So just experiment different bed times and see what works the best for you.

I'd say 10:45 PM. That way, you get 8 hours of sleep which is the ideal amount of time for any teen/adult.

Actually the best time is between 9 to 9:30 PM..you'd be able to wake up around 5:30am to get ur clothes ironed, make breakfast, and fix up before you go to work

To get a full nights sleep try by 9:30 and see what happens.Different people need different amounts of sleep.You are the only one who can feel if it works...good luck.

you should go to sleep at 8 or 9 so you can get enough sleep. and be fresh in the morning.

depending on ur age but i think best would be around 10-10:30
so u get at least 8 hours if not more of sleep
