Of course you can. Espescially if you're not wearing pantyhose every day. Some might say you should wear panties because of germs and keeping the cotton liner on your "prize" is a must. But you're not going to cause issues if you are generally a clean person.
Sheer to waist hose look great too. If you're wearing them to intise anyone you've got the right pair. You can "accidentally" let them rise up without showing any waist trimming lines. They're just plain sexy. Keep wearing them and ejoy them.

I like your thinking, i wear sheer pantyhose without panties and my hairy kitty stays so excited, plus men can access my kitty a lot better without panties in the way.

I never wear panties with my PANTYhose, no matter what the style... although, I do wear sheer to waist 99% of the time.

Yes, most sheer to waist pantyhose have a cotton crotch for that purpose. They're very comfortable when worn without undies.

Nylon doesn't, uh, breathe as well as cotton and it will get, ummm, swampy down there. Wouldn't recommend it.
