I've had some luck with pilates. Other than that, if you don't want to wear anything, you'll just have to practice holding it in until it becomes natural.

Well if you are into fitness, working out on one of those balls is great!! It has helped me quite a bit. Also try a local gym and do an ab class.

eat less fat and burn more fat. yogurt tends to help eat belly fat... drink a ton of water and flush your system out.
