I mean little things that happen every so often in life that disappoint you, nothing too deep like war, poverty, crime; things like having missed the end of your fave programme when you taped it, or finding that there are no red wine gums in a pack when they are the nicest ones!

The little thing that disappoints me is the end of the day. I always scrambled to clean up after my 4 and 1 year old, do the laundry, cook meals, I go all day long. and then I settle down to have some me time, just to discover it's so late I need to sleep.

I think everyone goes through this at certain times in their lives. It really just takes time, experience, and patience with life. I think happiness is "evolved " into rather then just "being". If you do not want every lil' thang to bother you, then you have to recognize it when it happens. In the moment. Realize it when it happens and then consciously change it. Do this every time it happens. Pretty soon it will become a new habit that sticks. It is called mind control. Self control is essential for happiness. It takes time, energy, patience, and experience with life to be able to change the things about yourself that you do not care for.

people really. its disappointing and its also bugging me. some people just cant wait in line, they have to cut in when i'm waiting to buy a ticket. when waiting for the train, some people HAS to push in or else they might not be the first to get a seat. the other day this old lady pushed in right infront of me and as soon as she got on the train she ran the fastest she can to get the seat. what dissapointment to see people like that.

it is dissapointing everytime the love of my life and I part ways for the day... but then i remember i get to see him the very next day. It is dissapointing when the toilet doesnt flush the first time, and you have to do a double flush, it is dissapointing when my boss eats my cucumber, it is dissapointing when I do something well at work, but am not recognized for it. I could go on and on, but i like to think about the positive things in life instead!

What are red wine gums? anyway, when my kids argue or have a bad attitude for no reason. when they seem unappreciative, that really bothers me.
