Washington- it took a strong man to keep this young country together, without him we would have been 13 countrys instead of states.

Being only 31 and having rememberd only a few presidents, the one in which i have the most favr for while I have been alive is Ragan. His policies were top notch and helped win the war against the USSR/Russia. He also flaunted the military to its current state with technology.
Past presidents would have to be JFK for the space race, FDR for the depression and WW2, Truman for his decision to drop the bomb and not back down.

I've only know three presidents under my 16 years of life, so I would have no idea.
But what the hey, I'll say Lincoln cuz he had alot of mental problems but was still very succesful

I've always asked elder people this question, and most would say FDR, because of his 'new deal' to help with the depression. In this generation, most people say JFK (not sure why), maybe cuz he was young and was assassinated.

FDR- got us through WWII.
Wilson-got us through WWI.
Eisenhower-Best time to be middle class.
Nixon-got us out of Vietnam.
