Drawing is something you just do. It's not what you are born with. It is just a lot of practice. You do anything that you want to. You must be able to project imagery in your head and when you plot the line be careful put the line where it looks best. If your having trouble with a certain line practice the stroke on a different piece of paper before you put it on paper or draw the line super slow and reshape it . You can start with pencil and get a general idea of how you'd like your piece. Then you can ink it to give rise to your creation. then you can erase the pencil marks. Really feel free with your style and don't imitate others creations. Art is art.. Your talent might look different than what you are trying to draw. Perfection is in the eye of the creator, be creative.

When it comes to coworkers you have to play it safe from sexual harassment. You should avoid touching always - unless you know someone doesn't mind. You're probably ok of you place an open hand on someone's back as you try to walk past in a crowded area or give a literal pat on the back after someone does a good job. But everyone interprets touching differently and in the work environment it is always better to be safe than sorry.
When it comes to jokes, you should play it safe always. While it may be the case that the three buddies you always eat lunch with have no problem with the off-color joke, the law says you can still be guilty of harassment if the person sitting near by is offended.

On:
Flirting: The line is between charming and vulgar.
Personal Space with Coworkes: If they keep backing up when you talk to them, you're standing too close.
Personal Space in General: If you find yourself backing away from others, they're too close.
Off color vs. funny as hell joking: It depends. If they watch South Park, there is no line.
Great question!

Flirting- when he starts to think it's more then flirting
Personal Space with Coworkers- depends on the coworker
Personal Space in General- dont stand too close or touch me unless invited
What is off color vs. funny as hell joking...- i'm always sensative to whom i am joking with and where, whats okay with my closest friends at my house isnt appropriate with cowrokers at work
or anything else... - too vague

Flirting - I Don't Draw the Line unless I don't like the person
Personal Space with co-workers - Doesn't Mix - break-ups cause problems
Personal Space in General - I Need Elbow Room
Joking - I can take it all unless it has something to do with hurting children.

For me there really isn't a line as far as the joking. With personal Space that is another story. I like my personal space and I don't like people invading it. I like to keep most people at least 3 feet away.

I dont really draw a line on that other stuff, because if i dont want to hear, deal or be bothered that day then i dont.
But i do have a long RED line down the center of my house, some times (whens hes home) he wont stay away from me so i have to put him on the other side.

There isn't to much that makes me draw the line, the one thing that will push it is being disrespected, mistreated or used by a friend or loved one. As for flirting bring it on, I love it all and the naughtier the better!

don't really flirt so much, feel kinda uncomfortable when flirted with,umm-
personal space is kinda self explanatory,a hands free, respectful environment works best,if there are additional boundaries needing to be set, just verbalize and expect compliance. off color,to me,means anything mean spirited, ignorant, and vulgar...funny walks a fine line- I enjoy sarcasm in an "everybody loves raymond" kind of way,but just being a bunghole,mmmm..not so much.Jokes so stupid that they are funny( chicken crossing the road, knock knock, etc) make me smile..........................

Co-workers: just inside arm's reach
General: just outside arm's reach
Off color: a joke that could be offensive to someone that's in the room.
Funny as hell: a joke that could be offensive to someone that could be in the room, but isn't.
