I've been puntual on taking my pill at the same time daily. Im on orth trycyclin lo. I just want to know if it is ok if i miss that last day before the plasibos. Can i still get pregnant even though the plasibos will begin the following day?

No. since the hormone is well into your body, you won't run the risk of getting pregnant. I have been on the Pill (same ones you're taking, actually) long enough to be a witness.

Generally, you should be fine, but there is always that chance. I was on the patch when I got pregnant with my little guy. I think it'd be fine, but if you want to be sure, then be safe and double up or skip sex for a week er so.

It is highly unlikely you will become pregnant missing one pill especially if you have been taking for a long time. Trust me I missed plenty and never got pregnant. I am terrible about remembering to take pills.

You should be fine. If you're unsure then use some other kind of BC until you start the new cycle.
