Well, there is this site, where u can go and download the video.
You copy the link and paste it there, then u download it as a flash video (.flv) (there is no other way)...
Its all explained in the site.

Then, you should download a video converter to turn it into .avi or something...(I'd suggest Allok 3GP PSP MP4 iPod Video Converter)

u can download flashcatcher and then u'd b able 2 save any flash animation.
