How can i download songs off the net and put them into my mp3 player?

I have bear share and i was told i can transfer the songs from their into media player and just put them in my mp3 player but how? The manual doesnt give you alot of detail explaining how to do it. If theirs anyone that has one that can help me id appreciate it

you should use limewire instead, its easy, fast and well i have it, its the best! and its free =]
