If you don't specifically want to run them simultaneously, then just go to www.hotmail.com and click Sign Up. Type in your new details and you're off.
If, however, you want to run both WLM accounts at once, then you need to patch your MSN with one of various useful patches. Since they void the Microsoft EULA I think, you will have to Google : APATCH for MSN and MSN Plus and search for Polygamy features.

just sign up! You won't loose your current one unless you don't use it for awhile. I think about 30 days or so. You can sign in to both daily. Hope that helped!

sign up for another hotmail account or you can register another existing email address as an msn passport at https://accountservices.passport.net/ppnetworkhome.srf?vv=450&lc=2057 just click the link under "Use an e-mail address you already have"
