i have been told that Newport's are the worst, some say they have fiberglass in them. I don't know how true that is but i smoked them for about a year, about three months into it I was coughing up mucus with blood in it. I switched to another brand and no boldly mucus. try taking a drag with a tissue between the but and your lips and test a bunch of cigs and see which ones have the most tar on the tissues that might be a good indicator. hope this helps.

They are all bad for you but in terms of the tar content unfiltered would have to be the worst. I read a study once that the tar content in cigarettes doesnt really affect your health in a positive manner that pretty much if you smoke and you get tar in your lungs that you have the same risks for cancer and other smoking related illness wheter the cigarettes you smoke have a tar content on 3 mg or 9mg.

They are all bad for you. I imagine unfiltered would be the worst.
I remember reading about how poeple smoking "light" cigarettes actually inhale deeper due to the mildness of the smoke so they are doing more damage than regular cigarettes.
Just don't smoke.

American cigarettes are the worst (because they put chemicals in them that are more harmful and addictive than tobacco), and menthol are the worst of all (because they have fibreglass in them).

All of them are just as bad. Smoking any type of cigarette can cause all types of cancer, and the lungs will be black and get clogged up with tar.

dont do drugs
my dad used to smoke just for a lil and then he had to have a cat scan for spots on his lungs
