I like Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Naruto, Fruits Basket, and I'm kind of into Bleach and DNAngel. Are there any others I could watch, preferably on Youtube?

I don't know if it's no YouTube or not, but all my friends love Cowboy Bebop. I've only seen the movie, but I enjoyed it. I've heard Eureka Seven has some similar themes to FMA, so try that, too. That one's on TV after Bleach if you feel like staying up for it on Saturdays.

Trigun, and One Piece. No, not the English version, the Japanese version with English subtitles. Crazy popular in Japan, you should get into it. Cowboy Bebop, Gundam Wing.
