Before i started dating my wife, she had sex with someone i knew and I had sex with someone she knew, but she didnt care at all and i used to get upset and make a big deal about it.

i think very frequently about her and the guy cuz even it was before me, it hurts me. This situation is taking a lot of energy from me. My wife and i have a very good relationship and communication. I told her my feelings and she said that she is dead towards him and even said that for her there was noone before, still, she says she cant do anything about it, since it happened before meeting me. I know she is right, but i cant stop thinking about it... how do i get over this?

The past is the past. If you can let it go it will ruin your marriage, is this what you want? She may have been with someone else, but so has nearly the entire world before they get married. She married you, she loves you. Couseling for you and maybe as a couple could give you some help, but in reality it's not her with the problem. Move on and love her.

maybe you should get some professional counseling as this could start to damage your relationship. Remember he was her past and she sounds like she doesn't give him a second thought, so you shouldn't either.

She is with you, not with him, right ...If you keep on this way, you can only make some serious damage to your relationship. There is no way to change the past, you are only intoxicating your present and potentially harming your future.

THAT IS A LITTLE CRAZY, YOU NEED TO LET IT GO. SHE WASN'T WITH YOU YET. YOU CAN'T HOLD SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAINST HER. NOT TO BE RUDE, BUT WHY DID YOU MARRY HER IF IT BOTHERS YOU THAT BAD?
