I hate reading subtitles but I also dont like really bad dubbed anime any thing good

Samurai X is pretty good for a dub and so are pretty much all of miyazaki's films. Ninja Nonsense (aka 2x2 Shinobuden) has a good eng dub too. It's funnier in english. Sorry, that's all i know. I don't watch dubs that often. Afraid of the consequences of badly dubbed anime. They hurt my ears and viewing experience.

interesting question, i don't know what to say because everyone has different tastes, but i hope some of these will pique your dubbing interest:
fooly cooly -- everyone i know thinks its a decent dub, a few episodes, can't go wrong. cool series to boot
cowboy bebop -- i think this is a decent dub, i like spike's voice
el hazard -- best dubbing i've seen

the only good English dubs are Azumanga Daioh and Neon Genesis Evangelion. IMHO, each and each of something are dreck. The worst are the Ah! My Goddess abortions...once you hear the super actors interior the eastern version, the EngDub will make you gag!

ghost in the shell:stand alone complex has pretty good dubbing, but the subject matter is a bit dry. it's not your inuyasha/naruto/fullmetal alchemist shonen stuff, more political, more talking, less action, but still very good.

If you're into something lighthearted, Seasons 1-8 of Pokemon should do you. (NOT Season 9, as the voices are awful)
