Haven't been able to locate a printable copy of the rules, but they're identical to standard Monopoly. The only change is the optional rule using the One Ring.
If you use this optional rule, place the One Ring on Bag End at the start of the game. Each time the Eye of Sauron appears on a dice roll, advance the ring one space. The game ends when the ring reaches Mt. Doom, the player with the most money is the winner.

Personally I think it sucks the big one! They revised it like 5yrs or so ago didn't they? With debit/credit cards, and a little machine that each player had that would tally up stuff instead of a banker to figure up things for you. As well as, with Inflation the price of everything matched the current housing market costs. You got more money as everything was more expensive. You still had the classic pewter game pieces which was cool. I think when you go messing too much with a classic it's no longer considered a classic any longer. I'm not impressed one bit.
