Okay, I'm 14, I and I like women like ages 19-35. Is this normal? Since Most people my age date, should I seek out a partner of these ages?
My sister who knows says its since my mom and dad are divorced and I never see my mom. what do you think?

it's normal to like older people. most kids our age have crushes and sometimes go out with people in that age range. your sister's theor y on your parents divorce is most likely true but don't worry about it.

Your sister could be right. Don't rush into anything. No need to 'seek out a partner' at your age. You have plenty of time when you get older.

have you always been attracted to older women? in order for me to give you advice I need some additional information such as: what qualities do they have that girls your age do not. My boyfriend is 15 years younger than me when I found out i freaked told him to find someone his own age. He said I was everything he was looking for and the age is only a number. We have been together for 51/2 years and been living together for the last 3 years.

I sure don't think that is the reason at all. Your just attracted to women, not girls. Personally I don't think you should pursue women of this age sense it is illegal. You should not be dating anyone over the age of 17. That's the law in America any way. If your not American than I don't know.

I have a friend who used to date older women all the time too. Until she hit about 25 herself. I would say you're looking for a Mother figure, a replacement for the Motherly love you are missing.

It is normal, and I have the same tendencies towards older women.
Just becareful, you shouldn't be lying to these older women about your age and thus getting them into some REAL trouble down the road!

Your sister makes a good point. At 14 it would be illegal tho' for you to have a relationship with anyone 18 or older.

I think you are too young for women that age group. Maybe you are looking at them as a mother figure. It's alright to be infatuated with them, but that's as far as it should go. Sorry if that's not the answer you are looking for. But that is my opinion.

You may just be looking for a mother figure. Besides, you're only 14. I know you have hormones running through your body like bumper cars on speed, but be careful.
