4H club
You could also start up a club of your own. Either one that meets at the houses of the members or at your school. A gaming group might be fun.

YMCA is a good place to meet people. They have all kinds of activities, not just exercise classes. Ours has pool and table tennis, volleyball, etc. You could also join like a class of some sort, dance, ceramics, art, paint, whatever your interests are. How about joining a club at school. ?? LOTS of options there and then you can meet new people of same interest and make new friends to hang with outside of school club meetings.

-Some colleges have classes/groups for high school students in different subject areas
-You could always get involved with youth volunteering groups
-Try the YMCA and see what they offer
