It has 150,000 miles...my "towncar"....it keeps turning off when driving....more so when I slow down but sometimes at regular speeds....never any problem with engine cranking...will start almost every time, but at times will keep turning off right after igniting and eventually the rpm gets up enough to get going....any ideas?....I know it is electrical but where do I start......my wife says get new one....but I rather spend a few bucks instead of several hundred for the next 5 years!!

1.) erratic electric fuel pump pressure?

2.) leaking fuel intake hose in fuel tank?

3.) fuel pump relay with intermittent malfunction?
