And would like to know how to down load music and videos from my computer to my mobile, and visa versa? I have loaded the disk that came with the dongle and followed the instructions, but I am still baffled? Any ideas.

i would imagine the software is by bluesoleil. when the two devices are in contact you should see a shared folder(that is the gateway for phone and pc) if you want to put pictures opnto your phone fro pc go to the appropiate folder eg my pictures and drag and drop what photo you want onto the shared folder. The same for music etc........

depends what mobile but you can download nokia PC suite for free from nokia
but have you enabled your phone to blue tooth on
use PC to find active devices
pair the devices will ask you to enter a code the same has to be entered on PC and phone
123 or whatever you want
then its a case opening music files and adding new
if this is no help download nokia PC suite is very user friendly

depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

Check the bluetooth accessability for both devices - some phones have to have a "find me" function activated, whilst other (3rd party) devices look for it.

this can be a pain at first, when pairing your fone the default code is 0000, if you need more info email me rather than have it aired.
