If so, is it tight. IE: will the front seat have to be pushed way forward.

Ihave a 2001 Silkverado and a 3 month old son, and the only way his seat fits is in the middle of the back seat. so the seat can stick through between the front bucket seats. but it is safely strapped in. yuo do have to turn the seat sideways to get it in the truck and then spin it into place.

I think it will fit easily as a full grown man can sit with ease in the back of these trucks. You will have to be assured of the fit of the seat belt anchor and any other anchor that is needed to secure the upper part of the seat. If nothing is available in your truck, drill or mount something that will be sturdy!!
