They don't have a chance under the current league structure. The teams with the moolah can buy their way out of any problems.
I'm likely to get flack for saying this, but in America, the National Football League has a revenue-sharing system in place that keeps any one or two squads from dominating the league. It ensures competitive balance throughout the league. The Prem would need a system like this to give the Boltons and Wigans of the world a chance.

I am a gooner but there is some sense her.Of the top clubs, Liverpool,Chelsea and United are owned by someone. Arsenal arn't yet. When Abromivitch,Glazer and the Arab leave they will lead their clubs to bamkrupcy and give some of the samller clubs a chance.

Not anywhere in the near future, the big three or four are dominant and not even close to aging. Plus their systems bringing up players are incredible and the best players in the world only want to play for the big namers because of publicity and media coverage, and the almighty dollar

well we (bolton) will never win it. nor will Pompey or any other small team, but i have to say i don`t think Arsenal are a small team at all, they are one of the best teams in Europe
