Yes. They really should talk about the situations & come to an agreement between each other, if not then the man has the last say so, as he is head of household (no matter the year), & the wife should submit. This should only be taken in a MORAL aspect......not immoral, then she has the right to refuse.

No One Has the Right to rule ANYONE that why we live in a FREE COUNTRY! You should communicate with him that his actions upset you and if he does not take that into consideration then he does not respect you so let him go!
