Try some high protein snacks - like peanuts. Also try high fiber snacks like apples. Don't forget to drink plenty of water too. Good luck.

There are all kinds of great things you can eat on your diet - the question is, which one are you following?
If you are simply limiting calories and fat intake, try having some fresh, low starch steamed veggies with lemon juice - like spinach or broccoli. Another favorite of mine is a kid's sized fat-free frozen yogurt - if you can find sugar and fat free ones, all the better. Yet another great option are those new 100-calorie packs that are available in most markets now, though I don't find them very satisfying myself. The veggies, you can really have as much as you want - just be careful not to add fatty condiments like oil and butter.
I've lost 30 lbs by these rules - the main issue isn't what you eat, but how much, and what your daily totals of Calories and Fat are.
Good Luck!!
* a side note - McDonalds frozen yogurt IS fat free.. try getting a kids cone, and don't eat the cone. :)

I snack on these things called 100 calorie packs by nabisco. They are actually pretty good and they stop my munchies. I also drink water or chew gum if I feel the urge to snack. Water will help you feel full and the gum is for when I get a snack craving because I am bored. It works! try it!

Try eating popcorn, it is low in calories, and usually helps with the crunch urge. Try sprinkling parmesean cheese on top! Also, the old standby of raw vegetables is good, as are pretzels. Good Luck!
