It depends on your area, rather it is buggy or not. Once a month I try to make it a habit of running a webster around all edges and corners of the ceiling to be sure to get those that are unseen. You can get a webster at stores like Kmart and Walgreens drug store. They have an adjustable extending handle and have a roundish bristled head, when you go around the edges be sure to be rotating the brush. It will pick up the cobwebs better with out rubbing them into the ceiling.

Yes, about 5-6 times a year when I do a deep cleaning in my house. Unless I see webs in between times then I go through the whole house with a dust rag...
