Once a team loses, they are out. They determine the second round match-ups as follows:
The #1 seed will host the lower seeded team of the two advancing teams from the Wild Card round. The #2 seed will host the higher seeded team of the teams advancing from the Wild Card round.
Example: The Seahawks are the #4 seed and the Eagles are the #3 seed, so the Seahawks will play the #1 seeded Bears and the Eagles will play the #2 seeded Saints.

yeah, once a team loses they can't come back to the playoffs. It's not like the NBA where you have to win a series of games to go to the next round. Also, the Giants are eliminated.

yes the Giants are out and I dont know how do you determine the next matchup but one thing for sure the ravens will win the sperbowl this year

yeah once a team loses they r out
1st there's a matchup between 3rdand6th team
and 4thand5th in the seed.
then if 3rd wins and 4th wins, then there's a match between 1stand 4th team and 2nd and 3rd team.
If 6th wins and 5th wins then its 1st and 6th
and 2nd and 5th team.
