We remember more of what we see, hear, and write down.
A presentation allows you to move smoothly. I don't believe it replaces a trial team. No amount of sophistication will overcome the facts in a case if the facts are clear. Whether or not is shortens the length of the trial is inconsequential. It's a courtroom, not a television show.
