The current tops of our thighs would be the part resting on the chair since the backs of our thighs would be against or bottoms. They would probably look the same but wouldn't have backs to them maybe.??.

There's three joints to the leg ... the look of the chair would depend on which joint(s) are changed.

If our legs bent the other way at the knee ... the 'chair' would look more like a stool, where we rested our weight against the fronts of our thighs. There wouldn't be a back to it, becuase we'd be more-or-less looking over the 'back'.

If our legs bent the other way at the ankle ... no change.

If our legs bent the other way at the hip ... kind of a Z-shape, to support both the thigh area (leaning forward) and the back (leaning backward).

probably the same because it still needs 4 legs to support our wieght....
