ahhhh that would be Rowan Atkinson I can think of 2 movies he was in as of 2004 but after that i'm not sure I know for a fact he was in these 2 movies:
1.) Johnny English- He played a bottom of the barrel idiot version of James Bond in that 1
2.) Rat Race- In that movie he played 1 of the contestants in the race to get the money but his charecter was unique in the fact that it was an Italian Race Car Driver with Narcolepsy (meaning he fell asleep at the drop of the hat no matter what he was doing at the time)

EH?? have u been in this planet for the last 10 yrs. he was excellent in mr bean and he went on to make the hollywood film bean, he also did a couple of other films. he is always popping up he is more famous than ever. infact he was on channel 4/5 last night in the spoof bond film. wth natalie imbruglier??( cant spell it) haha.

His name is Rowan Atkinson. He's alive and well in Britain. He starred in the movie "Mr. Bean" and had a featured role in "Love Actually," both of which can be rented. If you Google him I'm sure you can find out more.

I loved the little episodes of Mr. Bean that they did... they make me laugh every time I watch them...
I didn't like the movie though, it didn't have the same charm as the little episodes...
