Have any of you men out there woke up in the middle of the night and pissed all over the seat because your dummy wife left the seat down? Or better yet, have any of you guys ever fell in the toilet when preparing for function #2? No, why not? Oh yeah, because common sense tell us to look before we sit down. You never know when a 10 foot python is sticking his head out of the little hole....
Edit- is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that "It's just Me" has a reoccuring theme to all of her answers? She's completely psycho!

Yes.
Actually my husband is usually really good about putting the seat down. So I don't even look. The problem comes when we have company who leave it up. I've done that at all times of the day whether the light was on or not.

Luckily I'm not married so this is something I will never have to endure. I don't get the whole toilet seat debate though... i mean whats the big deal when I'm at guys house I don't put the seat back up for him. Just put the seat down and do your thing it's not hard!!!

My husband did that to me one night when we first got married. He kept on doing and then one night I had had enough and I popped him in the head with a pillow while he was asleep. Let's just say he doesn't leave the seat up anymore. ha ha

Yes Yes! It's so annoying. When I was married we used to argue all the time about this! But yes, turn on the light!

I hate doing that. Sometimes I am stupid enough to do when it's daytime! I don't think I ever pop up as fast as I do when I fall in.. :P
