can you make a motorola cingular camera phone to a prepaid phone?

i got one from a yard sale it's a flip up one, and a camera phone and it's cingular and a motorola one. and i know you have to have a contract and ect. how do i do that or go about doing that. can i make it into a prepaid phone?

Yes any phone on Cingular can be prepaid with Cingular.
