Do you think my dog will have her pups she is panting restless and breathing hard she wont leave my side she has been in labor for 17 hours

Check her temp. One of the signs of impending labor is a spike in temp. If you get concerned call your vet. Some breeds like English Bulldogs often need medical intervention to deliver healthy pups.

Some dogs do this for up to two weeks before going into true labor just hang in there.

It depends on if this is her first litter or how many litters of pups she's had before. Good Luck!

if she is pushing for more than hour, ring the vet something is drastically wrong, you could lose her or the pups
