Chris Kiel

I'll work for you, because they won't know if you're a boy or girl until they talk to you, then when they finally do talk to you, you can dazzle them with your sparkling personality.

When I first went to join Actor's' Equity (the actor's union) I discovered that someone else had my name. They only allow one name on the rolls, no duplications. So I HAD to create a name.

Your talent will make you known, not your name. Christina Kiel - works for me. If you want to go the comedy route, you might want to call yourself Chrissie Kiel - but if you get known with that and then want to switch to more serious work, it could be a problem.

I'd stay with what you've got and work on your talent, When you have to join your first union (Equity, SAG, AFTRA) then you can do a search of names to be sure what you want is not already taken.

Many actors now use their real name.
