we both want the divorce but do i need a lawyer or can we just get it done somewhere?

if u both agree on everything u can go to a book store and buy the book witch contains divorce papers right in it and u fill them out take them to the courts they will set a court date and divorce is done, if not u need to get an attorney

I would think you would have to have a lawyer. You have to have a lawyer to file a petition for divorce.

if you have kids and a lot of property, money, etc., get a lawyer, if it`s just the two of you there are forms online even to get you started.
