when should u go from a pad to a tampon?

You should only use a tampon for when you are either awake or asleep to give your body time to not have one in there. I usually wear them when I'm awake so I don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to change it. Tampons are great but they're kind of a hassle too. My advice, change when you're ready.

Well the obviuous answer is when you go swimming. Its best to use a tampon then. When choosing one choose the size according to your flow. regular works if your flow is between 4-6grams. super works if your flow is greater. I determine this by how often i have to change my pad. If i have to change my pad 3 times a day its regular.

There isn't a specific time. Just use a tampon when your going to be very active that day (like playing sports). I'm 22 and I use both, just depends what your doing that day.

You can use a tampon at anytime, just don't use them when u began your cycle cuz it's not enough blood yet and it hurts when you take them out. Also, DO NOT SLEEP IN THEM this is dangerous and last you shouldn't use them towards the end of your cycle cuz again not enough blood and it hurts to pull them out. Hope this helps

15 upwards.They are also good if you want to go swimming at the beach but always take out after you no longer need it.
