Concrete Cleaner (heavy-duty) recipe
1 pint liquid chlorine bleach
2 gallons warm water
Mix well in a bucket. Wash concrete; scrub with stiff bristled push broom, rinse with clear water and allow to dry. For tough stains, allow the mixture to set for 15 minutes before rinsing
If really bad, might consider having someone come out and power wash it

I'll bet nobody knew this!
It is illegal to clean concrete with a pressure washer if you are not recovering the waste water. The EPA says so.
Find a carpet cleaner who also provides tile and grout cleaning. They have special tools that allow recovery of the waste water.

Is it just dirty? Oily?
A little more info would help.
Not knowing what you've got, you can buy concrete cleaner at Home Depot or Lowe's.
Get a jug of that and a good stiff push broom.
Follow the directions on the label, and use the push broom to scrub the more heavily dirty spots.

Buy a hardwood cleaner kit. Its a special spray you use with a soft terry cloth. After vacumming or sweeping, spray on and immediately wipe clean. I have the brand Bruce Floor Cleaner and Lowe's sells it. Whatever you do, do NOT clean with water. Water will damage the finish. Good Luck!

if its oil,or a stain.and is outside use muratic acid.from auto parts store.its a low level acid, and does a good job with a broom.they also make other concreat cleaners ,that you can obtain from home depot, lowes, and so no.but if its in the house you have to be careful ,due to fumes .make sure if its in the basement or something that you use a fan and alot of ventilation.if not sure ,just ask the guys at home depot ,or the others for a little help.they will be glad to assist you in your project.

cheapest and best way is to mix a bucket of Bleach and a little bit of water pour over concrete let it sit for a while and then rince off later.
If it is really bad try uses one of those Big Brooms to scrub a little.
I do this to my driveway once a year and it makes it look almost brand new
