change jobs
start your own business
especially so you can be a boss yourself.
you should seek that out and do better!
get a different job where you are the boss!
ask your boss if he needs help.
try to help him look good to his bosses.
see how you can help him rather than criticize him.
criticizing him will not help anything.
figure out how you can change or improve the situation.l

Um...he is a loser because he talks all day? What? Most bosses have a tendency to talk a lot because they are trying to get something across. Yet if you are unhappy with how he deals with things then it is time to find a new job. Good Luck to ya!
