E R as in work or E R as in the television show? If it's work I'm pretty sure if you are a doctor you can hire a maid if it's house work....or if it's financial things like paying bills, groceries, taking care of business.....if you are not married get married to a woman/man that wants to be @ home and they can take care of it for you.......If it's the television show, show some self discipline....lol

Well seeing how you are on here right now i dont think you are getting much done anyway....but i say either answer the phone or just turn the ringer off and the machine off and ignore it
