Maera (Maira, Meira) (pronounced may-EE-RUH)
also please add any "m" names that you like that sort of sound like Marissa THANKS!

Marissa is a beautiful name and one given to you in love by your parents. Some day it may be the only thing that you have left of them (believe me, I know). You can call yourself whatever you wish but to the people who love you, you will always be Marissa. It is a lovely name, cherish it.

I like your name and there is no one famous with that name yet. Lenny Kravitz thought about changing his name because he didnt think that rock would accept him with a Jewish last name. He kept it to make his dad happy and look at him now...can you imagine if he had some blah generic rock name uggh!
