Donald Trump. For a few reasons. One, Rosie would probably have to bring her kids.
Two, I really don't want to be checking out hot chicks with a woman.
Three, Rosie was once funny before she tried to get political, so conversation with her would be tiresome at best.
Four, Donald looks like he'd spend an hour or so in a sporting good store, then we could book to Hooters for the rest of the day.

If it's on my dime, I'd go out with Rosie. We'd probably just hit Old Country Buffet and I'd be done for the day. She isn't going to want to leave while there's still food coming.
If the other person is treating, I'd rather go with Trump. He wouldn't even feel a pinch (not that Rosie woud feel a pinch anyway) when it came time to paying up.

Donald Trump without a doubt! He has so much freaking money and he wouldn't mind sending me on my own shopping spree. Rosie would be spending all her time being loud and trying to get attention. The Donald would be getting attention, but in a more slick way.
That man has more money than he knows what to do with. And I have more I need to do, but need money to do it! We are a perfect match.
Plus, if I got drunk, he would forgive me...;)

Donald Trump..they say he is very generous and kind and would probably let you shop and he would pay for it...unless it was something that was really out of range to ask for. Then he would take you to the best restaurant and you could have a wonderful dinner and a limo too...that would be so awesome...

I think Rosie would be a lot of fun to go shopping with and have a bit of lunch also. She's really rough around the edges but all in all she's a good person. Donald might be super rich, but he's not a nice person and I bet he'd expect me to pay for lunch. Rosie would never do that!!

Donald Trump. From Trump I could learn a lot about finance, real estate, etc.as we shopped. Things at which he has obviously been very successful. From O'donnell I would learn how to overeat, how to be bitter and jealous, how to make a fool of myself, how to be a total waste of humanity, etc. She represents only the worst in human beings.
