My friends got married near Niagara Falls and they weren't Canadian. You still need to get a marriage license where you live but can perform the marriage ceremony where you want. If you plan to hold it at resort, hotel, or bed and breakfast in Canadian, contact their event coordinator for help arranging the ceremony.

Many people do. Contact an Ontario government office and find out how to get a wedding license.
