Ah no! THis is the 21st century not the middle ages, bub. However I think the guy should get permission from the girl because when he comes home all stinky and puking she is going to clean up the mess.

Permission? Are you kidding me? No woman should have the power to give anyone permission to do ANYTHING. Just like no man should decide what his woman does... Permission is not even a factor in adult relationships. If you aren't someones mom or dad, then you do not have any right to tell them anything. If you don't like what they are doing, then get out of the relationship.

Yeah okay, buddy. We are in the 20th century not the 15th century. I will be damned if I have to ask my husband to drink. He would think I was stupid if I even asked. My husband is very sweet and lets me do almost anything.
