Yes, it is normal. It's your uterus and muscles stretching to accomodate the growing baby. Take Tylenol and if it becomes unbearable call your doc. Good Luck!

you know i first started getting those when i was around 26 weeks too. but when i was about 29 weeks they went away. those werent to bad really. i started getting them again at 32 weeks and those were just SO unbearable, somedays i wouldnt get out of bed until 2 in the afternoon because it hurt so bad. i am currently 35 weeks and 5 days right now. the pains have not gone away but they are deff ALOT less painful. sometimes i have days where i cannot lift my leg up enough to put it on the couch and when i do it feels like im being ALL riped up. now i dont know if you will have these at 32 weeks or not, my doc said mine are so bad right now because im dialating fast, the baby is dropping sooner then normal and my cervix is thinning, she said i will prolly have this baby within the next few weeks, because everything is going so fast. which suprises her cause im a first time mom) but ya they are normal, i couldnt find anything that would help get rid of them, i talk to my doc and did some light stretching in my legs that seemed to help for about a few hours, then made it so much worse. walking seemed to help a little bit but it caused more back pains and not much help with the other pains. good luck i hope that you find something to help you.

Have you been doing your exercises? Are you spending time sitting on the floor, square on the floor? Are you walking each day or other exercises to keep your strength and keep your legs limber. If it is a cramp like feeling and just a little annoying then your body is getting ready for your baby. Don't panick, none of this is overnight. Having a baby takes alot from a woman's body and doing the exercises necessary to strength your muscles so you will have an easier labor is not normally shared between women. I guess its because labor is not easy and forgotten quickly once you see your baby for the first time. However, if the pains get worse then ask your doctor, call him or his nurse. They may have some helpful ideas on what to do. Good luck to you.

I don't want to frighten you, but you should tell your Dr about this. My first pregnancy, I was 22 weeks and felt pressure in that area, turns out that I had a medical condition with my uterus being too small and suffered a loss. I have a toddler son now, so in the end it is okay. When you are pregnant my advice is to enjoy it, but also listen to what your body is telling you. Dr.'s really do understand and they want you to call when you are scared or hurting. Peace of mind is really priceless. Good Luck!

I had the same problem with my last pregnancy last year. My doctor told me the pain was caused by ligaments being stretched as the baby grows. Is the pain way way low? That's wear it hurt me. You should ask your OB/GYN just to be sure. If you bleed at all you need to go to an ER right awy.

Its completely normal, its probably round ligament pains, your ligaments stretching so you and your baby can grow. If you don't think this is the problem, talk with your healthcare provider to ease your concerns. Good Luck and congrats!

Yes it's normal. Unfortunately, you may have these pains until your baby is born (I did).
